Great service from the care providers I've seen there, however not sure about the Management, I received a call 3-4 months after my treatment saying they had trouble processing my payment with my insurance, and by then I had already switched providers 3 months ago and wasn't going to be covered, they still haven't resolved the issue yet months later, seems like my emails and conversations with staff aren't going anywhere, would be nice if they just admitted their mistake and comp'd me so we can all just move on and did some better book keeping in the future.

When the pandemic hit, I was very reluctant to go for a massage. However, when I discovered that Mary Ho was working at the Burnaby location I decided I would give it a try and I am so grateful that I did! I was very pleased with the cleanliness and safety protocals that were in place. Mary wears her mask all the time and carefully sanitizes the room she works in before each new treatment. I had been seeing Mary for RMT massages during the course of my pregnancy prior to the pandemic and she is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and I really appreciate how she addresses my aches and pains, while still giving me a full body massage in 60 minutes. She also takes time to suggest some simple stretches and activities that I can do to help alleviate some of the tension in my body. I highly recommend seeing her for a massage!

I see Andrea Lui for massage therapy, she's wonderful at what she does. I have also seen the physiotherapists there too and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Both my boyfriend and I have worked with Iyad for our injuries. I've been suffering from posture issues (currently a student staring at my computer all day) which resulted in tightness in my upper traps and scapula. After a session with Iyad, my troubled areas felt better immediately. Not only that, he also educated me on some easy home exercises I can do at home to prevent my traps from firing up again. My experience at this clinic stood out to me from the rest because of the interactions I've had with the staff. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

I fell on the stairs and severly hurt my shoulder during covid. I first went to another physio near Lougheed for 5 weeks multiple times a week and had no improvements. I then changed to Victor Cheung at Insync. Victor carefully listened to my issues and took notes. He measured my shoulder movement every session to monitor progress, something the first physio did not do. Victor did needling and physio on my shoulder musles. He gave me useful exercises to do at home. I asked and Victor said I only need to visit him once a week. There was marked improvement within the first week. It's four weeks now and my shoulder continues to improve. Victor does not recommend useless and/or costly treatments only what I need which is appreciated. There is free easy parking near the building. Front desk person is always friendly and helpful. The clinic interior is clean and looks new even though it's a few years old already. I happily recommend Victor Cheung at Insync.
