STAYED ON DECEMBER 23 AND DECEMBER 24TH 2016 FIRST ROOM WAS TOO HOT AND COULD NOT CONTROL THE HEAT. MOVED DOWN STAIRS TO A COOLER ROOM AND NOT PROBLEM. VERY QUITE AND GOOD LOCATION. WILL USE THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.

Dirty/expensive/no trust If you like hair from other people, the rooms should be clean enough for you. The kitchen is horrible dirty you don't want to touch anything because it's so clotted. The same on the deck outside. The most desperate thing is that Tracy (the owner) gave us a firm price for 7 nights. The first morning she came to us and said she did a mistake and booked only 6 nights. So she wanted us to pay again ......! And for that price you can stay anywhere else with better service and (!) breakfast. It was the last time we stayed here and we don't recommend it! **Look further and don't book imperial!**
It was okay. Slept decently, beautiful house, but could use better bedding. Honestly, the price should have included more (did not get the breakfast).
I cannot read a thing on your website as its all in Chinese language. Not interested in booking here if I cannot understand what or where I'm booking. Thanks.
