***This review will be updated once an appointment is made*** The website asks you to call to book an appointment yet no one picks up. On 4 seperate days, i've made 9calls and not once was it answered, even after leaving a message. Tried again today and the message box is full.... Unfortunately, like another reviewer, I will be contacting Groupon for a full refund. This is a shame as the facilities look nice and i've had pleasant experiences with these types of pods before.... But with poor customer service, I cannot support this.

It’s was an interesting experience. Personally didn’t really enjoy it. But the facility was clean. Service was friendly and they explained everything to me clearly. I got a deal on Groupon so it was at a very good price point.
Never picks up their phone and can't even book online. Bought a groupon and can't even use it. Will be reporting this to groupon.
Amazing experience & amazing staff. Nice, clean, and artful environment. Floating was so therapeutic & calming. I even found it amusing. Something everyone should try at least once - especially those seeking inner peace & solace.The prices are great and the staff is so friendly!
Honestly super disappointing. The tank didn’t work properly so the light kept coming on. All you could hear was construction noise from next door. No shampoo left in the dispenser after so you just leave feeling gross. Honestly, If I could leave a minus star review I would... just brutal..
