Jag and the staff here are the best in the business; trustworthy, courteous, respectful and efficient. You can trust them with your car and know that they will do an awesome job. They are very transparent from start to finish and explain everything so that the everyday person can understand what they'll be doing. They breakdown the costs of parts, labor, time, etc. So that you know what you're paying for. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding. Working hard and efficiently, the time it takes for them to fix your car is good and fast. They provide a courtesy car if needed and even wash your car inside and out. I never once felt uncomfortable with their services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs autobody work done. Thank you to everyone at Fix Auto Burnaby South!!!

Huge thanks to the team at FixAuto Burnaby for taking care of my car in a timely and efficient manner. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday and within 2 days it was ready to be picked up. Not only is the service here exceptional but, as an added bonus they completely cleaned and sanitized both the outside/inside of my vehicle. The team here is awesome and they were super transparent about the costs associated with the repairs. Another important thing that I will say is that I was also given a courtesy car which was not only clean on the inside, but it was also a smoke-free vehicle—which is greatly appreciated. Can’t say enough about them. Quality service for a reasonable price!! I definitely would not hesitate to use them again...and take my word for it, I usually don’t write reviews :)
can never go wrong with this shop. I have been to this autobody shop for years and they haven't disappoint me at all. The quality of the work and customer service are excellent. Either Claim or not, they don't give you BS and straight to the point. Highly recommended and been recommending to my family and friends for years.
Very professional and fast services. Truth worthy owner & staff！fixed my car in 2 days, looks like new. The owner is super helpful, my car was out of battery the day before the appointment, the owner came recuse me in 10 mins! Really appreciate his help! Also they wash my car in & outvery clean! And also they provide courtesy car Nice services!! Highly recommended.
The car body repair was quite good. Staff very friendly, very accommodating in saving the internal door parts for me. They managed to save the car from being disposed despite ICBC's low repair limit due to the vehicle age. I really wanted to keep vehicle (Suzuki XL_7) as it was quite trouble free, reliable (Japanese Made).
