Very disappointed. The pool was over booked and there were two person swimming in a same lane!! It is totally weird even without considering COVID-19!! To be fair, the staffs were great and professional! But still there is no social distancing here and it is Awful!

I love this pool. It was where I used to swim as a kid, and I often go when I’m visiting Vancouver. The staff are amazing, even offering up helpful advice for my elderly mother and anticipating her questions and needs. I was blown away by their level of service, and the care they took when dealing with her. Plus, floor to ceiling windows looking towards the mountains! How can you beat that view while doing laps???

They allow swimming with use of showers currently but you need to book your timeslot for the pool. They've done a great job with keeping things clean and safe during this pandemic. The individual showers for families are great.

Been going here for years but place has gone downhill I'm disappointed called in to book admin staff extremely rude and when lately its been super dirty and no social distancing and people at front ignore you and talk between themselves. Also have heard lots of thieves here and things being stolen.
