For my very first tattoo I wanted something with meaning to me so a memorial portrait tattoo of my mother was an easy choice and the choice to have it done at the Dutchman was even easier. Everyone there from beginning to end used their vision and helped me through the stages of creating a tattoo that any son would be proud to have on their arm. Thank you John and Lee for steering me in the right direction and thank you Carlos for your steady hand and giving me an amazing tattoo like no other. These guys rock!

Had my grandson print his name on my wrist then tattoo it at Dutchman. This place is legendary and John is still tattooing. Very happy with this latest piece
Yesterday I saw Jarret Clarkson for a minor reworking of a tattoo (done elsewhere) where portions ended up being a bit too dark. He not only brightened it up but also did a little once over on other areas to better blend the new work with the old, so now I have a lovely collection of autumn leaves and a greater definition of my birds against the grey wash in the background. Jarret has a really lovely demeanour, is calm and friendly to chat with (I didn’t even need my phone!) and is a quick, knowledgeable, and skilled tattooist. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Jessica is an awesome artist. Great personality easy to talk to. Im going back to finish my sleeve, and ill be back for more art. What can I say, its an addiction
This tattoo was done in Halifax in the early 60's. I got a great tattoo and tribute for my father and me' to honor him done. Respect ' 2 my father 2 always remind me of the man. Thx. I had a great tattooist ' she was awesome ' epic. Bless These guys are great but they should step into the 21 century ' even as a customer I felt the fear about just smelling like pot' ..like I was putting her job at risk.Its not the time to be anti pot' that SUCKED..literally a fear reference made every few minutes from everyone except my tattooist..its their shop' still .. i was feeling a little uncomfortable' still it was great. I love the tattoo. I'd go back. Bless
