I would have liked to give 5 stars, the lady who did my lashes did a great job but the customer service from the front counter was so poor. It was my first time there and the man working the front desk seemed to care less about a having a new customer, didn't say hello or welcome me. He didn't ask me how my experience was at the end just took payment without even looking at me and barely a thank you. I still tipped anyway because she deserved the tip but he did not make me feel welcome.

Great service and a nice atmosphere. I get Shellac and lasts nicely for a month. The photo below is after one week. For a change of nails takes an hour. Good location, parking available and close to transit.

It was my first time going to the salon and it was a pretty good experience. The lady that did my shellac manicure did an amazing job!! I was pretty skeptical about going to a nail shop since the pandemic but they did an amazing job with the safety procedures all through out the shop. Thanks to the safety measures taken I was able to get my nails done with a little peace of mind! Thank you for your wonderful service! I will be back soon! Cost: 40

I've been coming to this place every month for over a year and a half, nd they don't usually disappoint, up until the past 2 months, they've been doing a horrible job with eyebrow threading. They've started raising up they're prices for they're terrible work, eyebrows were thick in sum places nd thin in other places. Not to mention you would have to stand an for 30 mins for ur appointment. I don't recommend this place to yall, but instead go to premium brow bar, friendly staff that consult you before doing anything, they don't disappoint.

bring the photo of design you want they will try to get it done as similar as possible I personally like gradation design and they do it well
