A dream world for the children. I have been a bit disappointed that no Winnie-the-Pooh articles are not available. Far, far to much Frozen. Let it Go would be a good idea to streamline the overwhelming abundance of Frozen toys etc. You cannot find a Lion King item anywhere. I tried to find a Tigger mask for a present. NOTHING, COME ON THIS IS A CLASSIC!!! For me personally this store just doesn't measure up. But that is only I repeat ONLY my personal opinion. For many of you I'm sure you're going to find it a treasure trove of delight. Please do shop here. Many dreams will come true for kidlets. Wishing Everyone the Very Happiest New Year 2021.
Friendly staff at this Metrotown location. I've been several times and the service has been quite consistent. Today as it is Black Friday there is extra attention done on managing and limiting the number of people in the store. It's probably 5 ish too many inside given the tight space in certain areas. Otherwise the usual safety measures, masks and hand sanitizer before entry. Staff again are super knowledgeable and Disney versed which is helpful when trying to figure out the right gift
Very disappointed by the customer service and the staff. We did not feel welcomed at the store. I didnt buy anything because you guys don't deserve our business. Never returning back.
Terrible customer service especially the guy named Gabriel at the door. No smile no greetings whatsoever and his face looks like he just finished attending a funeral . Attitude is even worse than the securities working at Walmart. Don't feel welcoming at all . Staffs need more training on customer service to be up with the Disney brand standard . Will never visit that store again! And if you are reading this Gabriel , with that kind of attitude you have towards customers, good luck on your career making minimum paid forever . Disneyland doesn't suit you, go work at Superstore or Walmart and you might have a better future.
There are 2 reviews in one here. Kid free review - store is great and magical. Lots of items, pricey but they are good quality. With kids - hell on earth. Lost the kids, blinking lights, begging, all the money gone.
