I thought places like this were illegal in Canada... unfortunately, this is not my first time looking up this information. In Toronto, you would never see this pop up on a search, and its truly terrifying they do this in BC, the most expensive province in Canada. I'm glad I read the reviews, before reaching out.

This is a pro-birth center that has religious affiliations. You will not receive healthcare, only counselling which pressures you to keep your pregnancy. If you want real, unbiased, pro-choice information about your options for health care with a pregnancy, look up Options for Sexual Health or healthlinkbc.ca for more information.

Although I didn’t realize it before coming here (or notice that their description on google maps lists them as “religious organization”) ... The lovely intake counsellor was extremely sweet and sensitive and told me politely and up front that they were a Christian based counselling service but that they did not judge or push their beliefs on anyone- which I firmly believe to be accurate, they were super accepting and supportive. This was my first stop after learning that I was pregnant- I was scared and confused and didn’t have people in my immediate life to talk to... going to Crisis Pregnancy Centre was a true blessing and I’m very grateful for them and the work they do. They really do care about you and offer you emotional support- whether it’s coming from anyone of any religion or belief, it’s what I needed. They even maintained contact with me through email to check in and support me through my journey. I encourage you to consider them as a stepping stone and source of support like they were for me.

I don't like their misleading advertising. They try to present themselves as neutral advisors, but they really have an anti-choice agenda. The only info they provide is where to get help with caring for babies.
