I had a lot of issues with the roofing company I used to re-roof my house. I've been doing a ton of research to find out about correct venting and torch-on roofing applications for low slope roofs. It's been very difficult to find the information I needed and I had the good fortune of talking with Brad of Coast Mountain and found he is very knowledgeable. Brad provided much insight and I really appreciate how much he went out of his way to give me his honest opinions and what seems to be vast knowledge of the roofing industry. I found Brad to be very honest and definitely made me wish I had found his roofing company to redo my roof instead of the company that did my roof, I would have avoided a huge headache. Definately would recommend Brad and his company for anyone looking to do their roof. Thanks Brad!!

Had a residential torch-on roof replacement done with Brad and his team at Coast Mountain Roof and everything went well. An initial assessment completed by Brad was thorough and provided a lot of insight to issues relating to the roofing. Would certainly recommend!
My shingle roof was leaking after just 15 years so this time around I wanted to make sure I get the right installer. I was very impressed by Brad and his team's professionalism. He's very responsive and honest with his quote. The team came on schedule and got it all done in two days, they cleaned up properly. The roof looks very solid. We glad that we chose them! Would recommend.
CMR re-roofed our house in 2015. The roof has performed flawlessly for the last 5 years. Last week, during torrential rain, we experienced a leak. We had someone clean our roof recently, so I wondered if that had something to do with the leak. When I threw a tarp over the leaking area, I could not see any obvious damage. I called Brad on a Thursday or Friday and requested a repair indicating that the tarp was preventing water entry so it was not urgent. Brad had a crew out on Saturday. They discovered a nail was the culprit. One can speculate that it punctured a shingle when the roof cleaner walked on it. Kudos to Brad and his team for a fast response even after I indicated that it was not urgent. BTW, there was no charge for the repair.
Brad and team have been excellent! Our Strata's new roof turned out beautifully, with fantastic workmanship and at a great price. When something needed changing the CMR team handled it very professionally and promptly. Thanks very much, Brad and team.
