Came out to repair my garage door at the end of their day because rain was getting into my garage. Replaced some pieces (I'm not a technician so I don't know which ones - some springs and other parts) and everything is working amazingly now! They even called to check a week later that everything was functioning as it should. Great customer service, thank you!

If you're looking to get your garage door done, there's really nobody better than these guys. They're polite and work quickly and answered all my questions.
Paid 124.95 for a whole hour of service. All they did was adjust the the garage door sensor and sprayed lubricant on the garage door tracks. Never again will I hire them. Seriously I could have saved myself money by doing that myself. NOTE TO SELF: search on YouTube or google for troubleshooting before hiring someone.
Stay away from this company! Could not get my money back for the service that was not done! The wrong/un-proffessional information been received by the technician. Had to get another company to fix all the problems caused by Doormaster technician's programming. Stay away from this company! Never heard back from those guys. MAKE SURE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! ! They have all my contact info but pretend to make it look like they are trying to make an effort. STAY AWAY!!! To this day, no effort has been made to contact me! Really !!!!
They built and installed our garage doors and almost immediately we started having problems. Two of the motors and they're components were not new, but worn. One of the doors had cheap speaker wiring and all the doors had the wrong pins that ensured they would fail sooner than expected. When I called them on it, the owner first told me everything was off warranty and accused me on replacing the parts in question with the substandard and totally incorrect parts. I told him I hadn't touched the doors, because I'm not qualified to work on them, but he really needed to confront the installers. He refused and totally denied any wrong doing on their part. Terrible product and even worse customer service. Well what do you know? The used motor and assembly they installed and claimed was new, has now died.
