The clinic is very clean, bright and organized, spacious with sufficient equipment to help the staff in carrying out their job. The location is very convenient. Staffs are very accommodating and polite. My PT, Ed is the best!!!! He has helped me a lot in addressing my frozen shoulder, very friendly, professional, highly qualified and has encouraged me to do my part for speedy recovery. It isn't easy but for any progress we made, he’ll give you rewarding words for the job well done! I am very satisfied and will recommend to my family and friends!

I never have put a negative online review ever in my life but I find this absolutely necessary as I am baffled by my experience at this location .My hand therapist Natalie Is one of the best and I could give 5 stars to her for the hand therapy sessions after my surgery but the ladies sitting in the front office At Kingsway location is rude , inefficient, incompetent to do their jobs . My request to send the necessary paper works for my gradual return to work was delayed. It appears that they have no knowledge or hands on training on how it’s done or is it just of lack of attention to details . They were rude when I pointed out their mistake when there was clear instructions on how and where the fax needs to be send. I had to figure this out myself and instruct them how it’s done and finally got the fax over. They were apologetic at the end .I was sad ,frustrated and had to walk out of there. I have had 2 sessions of hand therapy and never will return for another appointment or never will recommend this location to anybody . I am only reviewing my personal experience here . I Hope it helps the owner to make necessary adjustments moving forward to improve your business ,may it be training for your staff or making sure your staff values the importance of treating your customers with some respect and empathy . Thank you

Burnaby Physiotherapy and Hand Therapy will get a five star rating from me. Natalie Lavie is personable, competent and knowledgeable. The two custom made splints have alleviated my symptoms somewhat and the exercises, massage and home therapy are helping my trigger finger. The office staff is pleasant and the company pays for your parking!

I was recommended by a friend to try this physiotherapy out as I've been struggling for months with some issues, especially my hip area.. I wasn't getting much progress bouncing around various specialists. I have had a few sessions now with Justin Shing and I am so impressed how much he truly cares about getting me back to my goals. I truly feel like we are on this joint mission together and the treatments and home exercises are working. I'm 57 and he's the best physio' I have ever had.

Started receiving treatment here roughly three months ago. The staff here are very caring and sincere. Right from the entrance, I was greeted with a friendly smile by the receptionist, Paula (sorry if I butchered the spelling or misheard the name), who always reminded me to register my car in case I innocently get ticketed. I would like to also mention Cameron Wong, my physiotherapist, who puts in a lot of effort every session to listen and recommend exercises with the intention of getting me better sooner. He is knowledgeable in his profession and his techniques are faultless. Cameron also takes the time and effort to know his patients on a more personal level. Even if you are not their patient, the other staff (ex. Justin, physiotherapist) do not ignore you. The clinic always carried a chill vibe, which I personally enjoyed. All in all, a great place with exceptional people. I will definitely be back if I ever need any related treatments and also recommend others of this location!
