I received a U-Haul hitch as a gift and needed an install. I called U-Haul in Vancouver to install - but they wanted to charge me an extra 20 because the hitch had not been purchased from them - so they considered it a \3rd party hitch\. So I emailed Burnaby Hitch - a very nice person (Y) responded - clarified my requirements - no issue with me supplying the hitch - standard shop rates. The experience was great. Friendly greeting - took my keys and I chilled in their waiting area. One hour later - I had my hitch installed. Highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for hitches or any truck / rack accessories.

Big thanks to Burnaby Hitch. They applied LineX to the bed of my 2020 Gladiator. Always get top-notch service from them. Special shout-out to Yvonne who kept constant communication and looked after me from the very first email. I highly recommend paying them a visit for any cargo management or LineX needs )
Amazing experience. I wasted weeks with other shops trying to get my hitch installed with no success. I've called and got an appointment for next day and get my hitch installed right away. The great surprise is the lower bill compared to the quote I've got on the phone...they charge by the hours and in my case the bill was quite lower! Highly recommend.

I've been going to Burnaby hitch for years and they have always served me well. I knew Louie the owner when he was an employee, now owner and he has transformed this business from trailer serving to a thriving business which provides almost anything you need for your truck. I am a landscaper and bought a hiniker plow and salt dog salter from them and they did a great job setting me up. Patti is his sister and she is absolutely fantastic! She really is an essential part of his business. They evolved so far from the earlier days, where they do linex bed spaying, or anything that has to do with getting your rig up to snuff. Great place, great people. He has got me out of a jam more than once.
