Don't trust these people. Go to lawyer right away. Don't even bother going there or dispute your case trought them. Really bad experiance. Thay should stand behind resident and help them with the dispute but they are on side of Landlord. The Landlord moved me out of my unit, said that he is going to renovate. Landlord gave me notice to move out as he has all the permits to move out. I did as I trusted landlord. He didn't have any permits. Than I found out that lanlord only did minor renovation of outside of building and inside painting. When I disputed, the Arbitrator said that it is enough to move me out. This is unreal. DON'T TRUST THIS PEOPLE!
