The online organization is good to have but it took me over a week to receive my fall protection certificate after completing the course. I spoke with a woman named Carolyn and let her know it was important for me to get it as soon as possible for my job and her reply was she has other things to do and once they are done she will send it. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have it.
