30 minute hit is a great place to get a full body workout. The trainers are there to motivate you and guide you through the workout. I feel safe coming here for a workout. Each station is wiped down after every use. There is always at least 1 station in between people to maintain social distance.

This place has become such a safe space for me to really work on building my strength and perfecting my technique. The trainers are bad ass and give me so much motivation!! I look forward to beating up BOB every time I come in! I love how fast the workout goes by, you are in and out before you know it and have done such an effective workout! I also love that some of the exercises are self defense techniques so I feel much more confident in my abilities to protect myself! Thanks ladies

I love It. I joined 30 minutes hit Burnaby in September 2020 and it was a really great decision. I was going to regular gyms before spending 1.5 hours and not seeing any improvement, always doing boring exercises, but at 30 min hit you spend only 30 minutes of your day in a high intensity exercise, I lost 20 pounds in a couple of months and I'm really happy. Now I'm faster, stronger and I feel more confident. Now with covid all new rules are being followed, social distancing, limit of ppl and stations being sanitized constantly. If you are looking for a only ladies gym, don't think twice, you're are going to love it

I have been a member of the Burnaby Hit for over 2 years now and still love how intense and efficient the workout is. I am in and out in 30 minutes, no more excuses for missing a workout! If you can’t make it to the gym, they’ve also got home workouts you can do, but personally I find hitting those bags oh so satisfying. I went back to the gym pretty quickly after it reopened and really appreciate all the COVID protocols they’ve put it place. First of all, you check in online so you know when your workout will start, thus limiting your time waiting in the gym. When you’re on the circuit, there is always one station empty between you and another person and the trainers (who are masked) clean every station after each use. Thank you to Teri and her amazing team for creating and maintaining this safe space for members to continue to stay healthy, de-stress and kick butt!

I've tried to join a \gym\ on and off for years. I could never find anything that I could stick with. I felt that I was not knowledgeable enough to make my own routine with free weights and cardio machines, so I would just wander around wasting time and money on membership fees. I felt that I really needed structure or a set routine that I could just follow. Then I found 30 Minute HIT. What I love the most is the supportive staff, that pushes you and encourages you while you punch and kick things. You sign in, attack each station for 2 minutes and by the end of it I'm rolling on the floor to finish my last 3 stations because I have been pushed hard. Since COVID the staff (especially Jessica & April), have made me feel safe in the sense that they make sure that there is one station between each person and they wipe down the unoccupied station. By the time I get there it's been wiped down and ready to use. I commend Teri and her staff at the Burnaby HIT location for great workouts and being diligent with keeping the stations clean and safe during this pandemic.
