I placed an order through Uber Eats 3 hours in advance for over 60. The order was placed at 3:00PM for a delivery window between 6:00-6:30PM. The order was accepted and I received notifications that WingsUp North (Burlington) was preparing my order. Ten minutes before the estimated delivery time, WingsUp cancelled my order leaving us scrambling for dinner. Plans and arrangements were made for this meal which left many people disappointed. Two separate Uber Eats drivers attended the restaurant to pick up my order which clearly was never prepared. I tried to call the restaurant twice. The first attempt, I was on hold for 31 minutes only to be hung up on after being the next caller in line and not so much of a word being exchanged. The second attempt, I gave up on after over 20 minutes on hold. Terrible service. Worse experience. I will no longer be a customer of this chain.
