Highly recommended appraisal firm. Not sure why the reviews are poor, they do a great job and turn around files very quickly
Costumer service is poor , your appraisers need to remember they are walking into a families home; friendly attitude was not there what so ever. The appraiser walked around the house so quickly. This isn’t our first experience with appraisers , I can definitely say this one was extremely poor.
