I really hate to single people out, but there is a lady who works at this location that is a nuisance to a lot of customers that shop here. I am not the only person who feels this way, I know a lot of other regulars and have overheard many other customers complain about the one employee who has an extremely loud voice, and talks non-stop. You can hear her at the opposite end of the store. It is very distracting. She talks over people and doesn't let anyone speak. She seems to be very nice and polite, and an overall great employee......but she fails to realize the volume of her voice and her persistence is inappropriate. She doesn't know when to stop an interaction and it feels bombarding. I have even overheard other employees complaining about her behaviour being distracting. She usually greets people at the door and instructs people to put on hand sanitizer etc...she overly enthusiastically greets every single individual very loudly and repeats a long, unnecessary spiel and doesn't know how to read when people aren't interested in a long drawn-out interaction. I understand her intentions are very good and she is putting effort into her job, but this is not good for the store morale. When she is cashing customers out, she comments on every individual item and although this is good customer service tactic, she is creating a long wait time and people who are in a hurry do not appreciate this small talk. I really think she should be taken aside and have this brought to her attention

This location has no respect for the covid measures in place, went in on the weekend after the lockdown was lifted and it was uncomfortably full of patients.
I went shopping at Value Village for something specific and found that items - and some other treasures!! I found the store well organized, clean and the staff was very helpful! Upon seeing the busy traffic, the merchandise is very well turned over for a good display every day. Bravo Value Village!
It's always much fun to go rummaging through this Valve Village! Found a cute pair of wellies along the way...️
