Great when the took payment for a 10k order. We had a finishing problem with the wood that Trafalgar hardwood wanted to ignore, and so did their distributor of the product (Brampton Hardwood) Disaster of an experience. Run as fast as you can from this place. After large amounts of follow-up, they sent the distributor to come deal with us after the product was installed. They were quick to blame our contractor, took zero accountability for anything. They did offer to come back and do some repairs (which were garbage repairs) I had to hire another hardwood contractor to come in and fix their screw ups. NEVER AGAIN!

Experience in store was great.....until you get the product!! One carton was torn & there was damaged boards. We managed to use them as shorter boards & received a whole 5 discount off a transition piece. Went to return an unused box & were told because of Covid no returns. Nothing was said ahead of time, nothing on the counter stating this & nothing on the receipt. Emailed Margaret to see if manager would accept return & she ignored my email. Hence a not so great review!!
