Sherrie is incredibly thorough with her appraisals and very informative during the entire process. She contains an incredible amount of knowledge and has the ability to make you feel pampered while you are getting your belongings appraised. She does all appraisals with you in the room while you drink a coffee. In addition, she is an absolute joy to be around! I didn't know Sherrie before getting a piece appraised for insurance, but she is so kind and personable, it felt more like visiting a girlfriend than a business! I wish I had more jewellery to appraise just so I could visit her more often. This is the best place to do jewellery appraisals in Oakville, Burlington, and probably the entire GTA!
