We bought a trailer here just a week ago and I have to say that the staff here is great from sales to finance to the service guys. As first time trailer owners we had questions, they had the answers and the patience for them all. I can't say enough about how much they added to our experience. We mainly dealt with Steve, Carolyn and Matt so I just wanted to give them a special shout out although everyone was great! Thanks guys.

I must say that my overall purchasing experience was very positive at Ruston RV. I had been in email communication with Steve in sales for weeks. It is often hard to get sales people to communicate with you when you are just shopping around, but Steve replied to every email question I sent. When I get that attention so early I show more interest. Steve was really helpful when it came to arranging a time to see the unit I was interested in - he stayed at work beyond normal closing hours so that I could get there, and showed us the unit without rushing us or hinting that it was past closing time. We made a deal I was happy with! Everyone else I dealt with after the deal was made was very friendly and patient with me as I tend to ask lots of questions. Carolyn walked me through all the paperwork and options without being pushy, and she really listened to me. Rob in service sent me all the details I asked for and pick up day went very smoothly. Dan did an excellent walk through with me. I would absolutely purchase here again. I will update this review after my first attempt at service as I know that many want to know how a service visit goes. This is very important to me as I have had good relationships go sour because of poor customer service at the service level and have heard many horror stories about people having a great purchase experience but being quickly \forgotten\ when if comes to service on their RV. I was told very clearly that the service department is really busy so I will plan to be very proactive with maintenance and regular annual service. I am glad to have a place to bring my unit when it needs care. I look forward to the start of a great relationship with Ruston RV!
Needed some warranty work completed but the dealer I bought from is hours away. They did the work quickly and professionally. People showed excellent customer service even though they were busy and I was definitely not a profitable job for them. I will be buying my next trailer from them.

We purchased a trailer from these folks in 2007. They've been supporting us with parts and fantastic service ever since. The range of product at competitive price is generally the mark of a great dealership. These guys go way beyond with first class service and support. Highly recommended.
