My experience was awesome! I have never leased a car before so was a little worried about it. Roy is a great guy and I enjoyed sharing stories with him. He was also open with me about everything with my trade-in and all the cost with the lease, which I really appreciated.

I purchased a Tiguan back in July 2020. Good sales team, very pleasant! HOWEVER, I called a couple of weeks ago asking when to do an oil change for my vehicle. Initially when I purchased, I was told every 10k but I noticed my car didn’t give me updates recently even though I passed the 10k so I thought to call and confirm. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! The man was completely rude! I couldn’t ask anything without getting attitude back. I realize my oil change questions may not be exciting but I spent 40,000 on my vehicle FROM YOUR LOT. This was my first VM and I don’t necessarily know all the fine car details and could make mistakes. Plus, back in mid October I placed an order for an accessory. They said they would call to let me know when it came in, ‘should only take 6-8 weeks’. I never got a call back, nor any updates... My plan was to do all maintenance work at this location but after all this, unfortunately wouldn’t go there anymore.
We are very happy with both the ease of which we leased our new 2021 Tiguan and the polite accommodating the sales department. We look forward to the next 3 years with our new car and I am sure the continued personal service from Roseland VW.
