Choosing Randstad as my co-op placement was one of the best decision I have ever made. I started my co-op during the pandemic and worked virtually with the Burlington Randstad Team specifically with Fady, Katherine and Alannah. I couldnt have chosen a better team to work with. They were all extremely helpful, gave constant recognition and made me feel very welcomed. One thing that I loved about working with Fady, Katherine and Alannah was that they would provide me with my own responsibilities and tasks making it seem as if I was truly a part of their team - even though my placement was only for 7 weeks. In addition, working virtually as a co-op student I had a lot of questions and they were always there to assist me whenever needed. Randstad provided me with all the necessary tools and knowledge to help me exceed as a co-op student. I am grateful to have had this opportunity to learn and experience what it is like to work for a recruitment agency.
