Recently had Sam repair a loved knife in my chefs collection. My kids had damaged the blade and a piece was missing. In a half hour Sam had professionally returned the knife to its original condition and it was sharper than when I received it from the store. Impeccable service, superb craftsmanship and great value. Professional, responsive, great experience. I have two high end Japanese chef knives, Sam was meticulous and delivered a fantastic single bevel edge on both. Additionally, I asked if he could restore an old school carving knife that was passed down to me, the blade came back better than new.
