Delayed review but a few weeks ago my dad & I were in a jam - in the middle of doing my brakes & rotors and realized we were missing a tool. Curbside pickup & closures made it difficult to find, and originally this location had rented all of theirs out. We were stressing, but then Rod (I think that's his name?? I may be forgetting I'm sorry!) called me back and said someone had just returned one and we could come get it right away! He was so kind & helpful - amazing service. This store doesn't even make money on these rentals, so this was especially impressive to us. I am a manager of a restaurant, and it's this kind of hospitality & that go-the-extra-mile attitude that really makes a difference, especially right now. Thanks guys!

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly with fantastic customer service. Always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need.
DON'T Recommend. Staff r rude and are doorknobs at store. Site states no one to go in store, yet they want you to walk in store to give them business. Even the CANADIAN Tire can better serve you, at lower price to.
There is a guy here called Ermiyas, he has outstanding knowledge and gives the best service I have received in recent times, nothing is a problem and he remembers everything from months ago about things I have bought etc. I truly hope the management know what they have here with this guy, he is only young but I guarantee if he can continue to maintain the customer satisfaction standards he currently sets, I suspect he will go very far on his chosen career path.
Always helpful and quick to order parts if they do not have it in stock. For a truck as old as mine I am glad I can rely on somewhere to have my parts
