This is my first ever review so that should tell you something. Ordered a Margarita and salami pizza through skip. After waiting an hour, only the Margarita pizza is delivered, and it's ice cold, no basil like it says it has. Spoke with the store manager and he said he would investigate and get back to be. There's nothing to investigate, you forgot the 2nd pizza, own up to your mistake. Normally, I would give a chance for redemption but this was just pathetic. I ended up throwing a frozen pizza in the oven and it honestly tasted better than their pizza. First and last time ordering from here
I tried this place for the first time, and we were absolutely in love with the place and it’s food. The location is pretty universal, located at Appleby and Dundas. Upon entry, there is waiting area with a beautiful water cascade see through display. The restaurant is clean, tastefully done up and with lots of sitting space. We were met by a wonderful woman, she walked us through us various items and provided us with her recommendations. We decided to order the half platter of most items and we were not let down! My picky son, he loved every item, some more than others but loved it. We had fresh hummus with loads of olive oil, fresh pita bread, we had three/four types of meats cooked with various garnishes, we enjoyed every bite! There was so much food! Our dessert was fresh baklava, tender and juicy and delicious! The owner went up to each table to thank them for being there and for enjoying dinner as well as any feedback. I think customer service is top notch. It shows customers are first. We agreed we will go back there more often! Definitely a thumbs up! If you want healthy and fresh, hit this place. Take your picky kids.
We were here on September 6th 2020 at around 8:30 pm, with a group of 8 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies on strollers. We were told that since it was more than 10 people that we had to split our group, which was okay with us because they were just following proper covid guidelines. While there we recieved EXCELLENT service by a young gentleman who I did not get a chance to get the name of. Our food was a little late on delivery, but our kind waiter apologized, and gave us fresh naan to take home since the kitchen was busy and we didn't receive it at the beginning. Overall the food was amazing as always, and we will be back again!
One of the best pleasant place with kids and family we all enjoy a lot thanks for the lady on the reception she was so helpful she was so kind we are really sorry that we forget to ask your name it was our pleasure and we are very happy and very thankful for this yummy and so delicious.
