I usually do not write reviews. But, I feel I must write this review as I am glad dealing with Rachel Griffin at your Burlington office/store. As a contractor, I have been dealing with many companies for the past so many years.The persons who pick the phone calls always made me to feel they are not pleasant and most of them would not greet when they pick up the phone calls. But, Rachel always greets and she speaks politely and plesantly. This makes me to repeatedly buy products from Nicholson and Cates also though I can get the same materials from elsewhere. Good work Rachel.
