Fantastic experience at Mobility on Main. They are prompt with responses and keep to their appointment time slots. My orthotics arrived within 2 weeks and I have been very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them (note: very good COVID protocols in place as well).

The staff are brilliant! Administration is well informed and experienced. Invoice and estimate packages provided within a quick turn around time. Chiropody services are thorough and provide effective solutions. Show room is clean, inviting and sterile. Large selection of shoes available as well. There are many parking spots available in front of the building and at rear. I would recommend to check this place out!

The assessment was very thorough with the Chiropodoist! One of the only places you can still try on shoes in the middle of lock down! The team recommended shoes that would work well with the orthotics and my foot condition. I tried on a number of pairs of runners and hiking boots that I needed and couldn't be happier with the service, variety, and expertise of the team. I even learned a new lacing technique to prevent my heel from slipping out of the back of my shoe due to the deep cup required in my orthotics to accomdate my foot structure. They are able to make the orthotics similar to what I had received from a doctor in New York City. I made a follow up appoitment with the Athletic Therapist and she is absolutely amazing. She did a full assesment of my lower body to ensure everything is functioning optimally given I have had foot surgery. She also provided exercises to strengthen a few areas in my legs and glutes! I would highly recommend Mobility on Mainway for all of your footcare needs. Don't hesistate to make an appoitment - I drive all the way from Brampton to Burlington to see this group of experts!

I recently got a pair of custom made orthotic insoles from Mobility on Mainway. The insoles provide good support to my feet for plantar fasciitis. The service was very professional and well done. For the custom made orthotics, the clinic carries products at different prices. They also directly work with the insurance company to deal with the claims. I recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
