Your typical busy Michaels. Large clean location with ample parking. Large plaza complex is a pain to get in and out of with only 1 main entrance/exit.

Very helpful staff, and they finally had the t-shirts I was looking for in stock, and on sale.

absolutely horrible service. I have been trying to use curb side pick up for the last 2 days. I was finally able to get through and put an order in. They took the money and cancelled my order stating there was something wrong with my payment information. Not sure how there is something wrong with my payment information when they took the money out of my account. They are now telling me that it is going to take 3-7 business days to return the money into my account. This is absolutely ridiculous horrible service for a franchise.

Three stars because I can never find staff to help me out. Plus someone parked inappropriately covering the curb cutout. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the cashiers station as soon as I entered the store and they did not page the driver. I happen to be disabled but the person did not have a handicapped parking permit. So it said to me that my rights and ease of shopping was secondary to the person who parked illegally.
