Amazing service from nurse yesterday. We are surely living in the future, I saw a wonderful nurse yesterday and saw a doctor via video conference. The whole clinic was a nice setup as I got the answers to my medical questions and was able to get my script onsite with at the pharmacy. Amazing experience
Experienced my first 'cyber' doctor visit. Process was ridiculously fast and efficient, the nurse was lovely and very helpful, and I had my medication and was on my way within 30 minutes of arrival. LSV pharmacy staff were also wonderful, calling my regular pharmacy for the insurance information and processed my prescription in just minutes. Fantastic overall experience, and I would definitely recommend this walk-in clinic & pharmacy for minor medical concerns/issues.
you will see a nurse who will explain to a dr via video chat what is wrong. The nurse was hard to understand. If you get a prescription it will automatically go to their pharmacy where the pharmacist is very pushy and won't give the prescription to you to go to your family pharmacy.
Great clinic. Staff are professional and courteous. Able to have my needs met through the Telemedicine service in an efficient manner. Having an on-site pharmacy was very convenient as well.
