Our refrigerator was to be delivered in December. It's February now. Can you please let us know what's going on? Anything? We've sent emails, we've left messages. Pandemic related delays, I get it - just give us an update. Avoid at all costs. I can see them closing down in the next few months.

I was dealing with Cassandra Desjardins and I have to say she offers an excellent customer service. She always returned calls and emails and followed up on my order. She even called the warehouse to ensure i am getting the latest model of my stove and assisted me with redeeming my Samsung promotion. She's always very helpful. I also sent my friends there to buy the same stove as ours and their expierience was the same. Thank you Cassandra for your excellent customer service.

My girlfriend and I stopped into this bad boy location just to look around. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Ray who didn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to assist us. Through friendly conversation we were explaining to Ray that we were browsing but we did need a couple of items for our new house. He made sure to listen to our needs and found us not only top quality but best price around. Both Ray and Ron made this experience at the store perfect beyond my expectations and NOOOOBODY does beat their prices. If I could leave 6 stars I would. Thank to everyone at this Bad Boys location. Amazing all around.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company has been horrible to deal with. My mother is a high-risk senior that is completely new to shopping online, and she has been treated horribly and unfairly by this company. In December, her garburator quit on her and she was unable to use her kitchen sink (amidst a pandemic!) Her plumber told her she needed a new garburator but was having trouble finding one. She bought a new unit online from Bad Boy that was listed as \In stock\ and \available for pick up\ at her local store. She was told she would be contacted when the order was ready for pick up. After a WEEK of waiting for contact and not being able to use her kitchen sink, a wonderful plumber sourced a new unit for her and replaced it so she could finally use her sink. My mom contacted Bad Boy about cancelling the order as it had still not been fulfilled. She was told, although they still did not have the garburator, and had no idea when it was coming in, she was unable to cancel the order and she can't return it, and will not be refunded. After explaining the situation, they said they would email corporate about a refund. Since them we have followed up numerous times, and get the same story each time: no cancellation, no refund, no return. This item was not listed as online only, special order, and she was given no information about the return policy at the time of purchase or on the invoice, as far as I can tell from what I read online, they are not even acting in line with their OWN return/cancellation policy. We have been dealing with them for over two months now, the item is STILL unavailable, and they will not do anything at all to help. This is totally unacceptable and unfair practice. In this case, they are taking advantage of a senior citizen who is not savvy with online shopping. It's disgusting.
