The boys showed up on the designated time on a cold snowy day in the midst of winter. They explained everything that they were doing to install the motorized awning and answered all my questions. Within three hours the awning was up and working to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this business...Thank you John

I would just like to say thanks very much for the excellent job preformed on our awning and aluminum trim replacement. From my initial contact with Job and concluding with installers Tim and Anson, these guys were absolutely professional and pleasant to deal with. Installation day was a mess...just above freezing temperatures with rain and wet snow from beginning to end. Tim and Anson didn't skip a beat. No complaining or grumpiness, they were pros from the start of the job right to the completion of it. I had many questions and concerns and all were dealt with and answered with a smile on their faces. You should be proud to have those three guys working for you. This being my mom's place, she is very particular...she was extremely satisfied with the job.
Several years ago we purchased an awning from Jans Awning products, the purchase experience was very casual with a couple of good suggestions on of them being a wind sensor, which over the years we have appreciated very very much, leave the house for a while with the awning left out, and then a wind comes along and the awning winds in saving potential damage to the roof. A couple of months ago we had a concern about the wind sensor and the company sent out a rep. and he corrected and tested the sensor ( there was really nothing wrong with it) however when he was here he suggested that we flip the awning material and look at what would appear to be a new awning, ( it was getting stained , dark spots etc.) so we agreed, about three week ago two young men from the company arrived at our place to do the job, the result was great, however I have to comment on the demeanor of the two young men, they were friendly, and very professional, they had the job done in no time, and it was well done. All absolute rockstars and so happy with my awning. Daryl is a machine, worked his butt off all day and evening to get my awning completed. Thanks to the whole team.
