Having recently purchased a hot tub directly from Jacuzzi (installed a little over a month ago) I can honestly say that the entire process, and now the installed product itself far exceeds my hopes, let alone my expectations. I have learned that not only are they the originators of the entire hot tub industry with decades of experience but they act like they value their brand, and I am the beneficiary of that. From the professionalism that handled my initial inquiries to the delivery crew, I would heartily recommend purchasing from Jacuzzi, and especially from Jacuzzi Burlington, Ontario if you are in the market for a quality hot tub.

We purchased from Jacuzzi Ontario a Clearlight Sanctuary 3 Infrared Full Spectrum Sauna (Cedar finish) with the Red Light Therapy Unit. We are very satisfied with both the product and the outstanding customer support we received by our sales agent Jennifer Tom. The Sauna was very easy to assemble and the overall Quality and Design features are excellent. The standard Chromotherapy lighting and Bluetooth Speakers really works well and enhances the overall experience. The Sauna performs as expected and as specified. I highly recommend this product. We have been very pleased with Jacuzzi brand being much better choice than our previous two hot tubs we had. The jets are considerably more powerful providing good massage experience. The staff in Kitchener store is very professional and knowledgeable. I believe Jacuzzi is by far the best brand. I also appreciate being part of their program \Jacuzzi For Life\ and receiving brand new hot tub every 3 years basically for free. I am looking forward to our new tub coming this winter while the present one still works and looks like new.
Melanie, from the Burlington store, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain all the features and benefits of each hot tub. It made our choice a lot easier. Once the hot tub was purchased, she kept us informed during the shipping process. When the hot tub arrived, she was proactive in making arrangements for delivery. The company that delivered the hot tub was very professional. The delivery was a little complicated because a crane was needed to get it in the backyard. Yet the delivery men were professional and knowledgeable. All in all, the whole buying experience has been seamless and wonderful. I would recommend the Jacuzzi Burlington store when looking to buy a hot tub.
We had a fantastic experience purchasing a swim spa from Melanie and Jeff at Jacuzzi. They were patient and easy to talk to, answering all of our questions. They went above and beyond to make sure that our experience was extremely positive. Melanie even organized the contractors who created the cement pad, as well as the electricians, which was a huge help. She was with us every step of the way, making herself available to us whenever we needed her. The product was delivered on time and with care from everyone on the team. Jeff was also very helpful instructing us on how to get the most out of the features of the spa. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a spa.
