Was a great pie, then changed cheese, which in my opinion changed quality. Was great now its ok.

2 Pizzas... 2 Pizzas and 40 in the trash because Gino's Pizza on 473 Guelph Line, L7R 3L8 brought us pizzas with the wrong ingredients, completely different than the receipt we received with our order. We called back to try and fix problem and they ended up saying it wasn't there fault and it was on just eats end and to contact them. For Just Eat to attempt to contact the store directly and be sent to answering machine multiple times. Thanks Gino's, The receipt i was given with my order at the time of delivery listed toppings completely different than what was on the pizzas delivered. You couldn't double check before delivery? We Just wanted the pizza we ordered:(
Noticed Ginos when we were shopping at a local plaza in our area at Guelph Line and New street in Burlington. Decided to give them a try from our regular pizza place (Pizzaiola). The order took over an hour and the driver parked somewhere other than our building and walked to us. Our whole order was actually cold, not warm but COLD. We called and were offered 10 credit for future order. I tipped the driver 5 so basically we were offered 5. I told them that if they could not do better than that I would rather write a review. I attempted to contact the store to see if they would credit the entire order but local store numbers are not posted. We ended up having to preheat our oven and re-heat the entire order. I am aware that things can go wrong but was insulted with the offer of a 10 credit. Not worth the risk to order again!
Good service and food. All staff members are good talkative. Quality of food is excellent
