We entered the store 15 minutes before closing knowing exactly what we came for. Meghan assisted us and was extremely helpful and kind despite us arriving late. She processed our order quickly and walked us through the delivery process. She was extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with the service we received at this location and will absolutely be returning to purchase more for our new home.

Bought an ARIE chair a year and half ago, the swivel base has broken. I weigh 130 lbs and it couldn't handle that. Didn't expect the product made in Canada is such bad quality. Likely it was under warranty and we received the new base quickly
