DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! I am extremely disappointed with Edible Arrangements Burlington. I have been a customer for years and yesterday, I placed an order at 1:30pm online to be delivered today, April 19. I found out later that afternoon that the person would not be at the address to receive the order. I emailed immediately at 1:40pm to cancel the order and called the location and left a voicemail at 5:30pm. Today, I waited until 10:00am and no one had called me back. I phoned the Burlington location and they had not listened to my voicemail despite being at the location for over an hour. They told me that they closed early yesterday at 3:00pm and therefore didn't get my cancellation. When I asked why they didn't listen to the voicemails today, the franchise put all of the blame on me. They are proceeding to charge me over 100 for an order I do not want, tried to cancel, and they are doing this all during a pandemic. It's shameful and embarrassing. I have taken my complaints to Edible Arrangement head office but I would strongly recommend not ordering from this location as there is 0% customer service.
