Dr. Kamran is relatively kind and tries to be helpful. But this office simply does not respect the time of its patients. They act like they are here to do all us a favour. I've had three appointments here over the past several months, and each time, even with a designated appointment, I was made to wait 30 to 45 minutes. Yes, you are operating a health care clinic, but remember that your patients are your customers - treat them as you wish to be treated.

I will speak of my experience over the last 2 years about this doctor. I was referred to her by another patient who had been seeing her for a few years. It was a very busy clinic and it became easier to see Dr. Kamran on a Monday when I walked in. I also would see her by appointment on a Friday and for my yearly physical. It became easier to see her at her clinic as her availability was greater there. In the time I have known her, she is always busy. In the waiting room I talk with the other patients who respect and care for her as much as I do. I know these ratings may give a one moment of experience in time by a patient who may not know her and that is fair.
Love Dr. Kamran and staff. They are friendly, courteous and more than willing to go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. Dr. Kamran is a doctor that takes the time to listen and address your concerns. Not many doctors do that today. Would encourage anyone to utilize this practice.
Dr. Sarwat Kamran is the best doctor! She is our family doctor for 4 years. She is always nice, helpful, caring and takes time to explain everything to you so you can understand what is going on. She has diagnosed me right every single time I have been there. Her staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Keep it up......
