This was my 2 rescues dachshund mix's first time at Denise's. They HATE having their nails trimmed and were politely dismissed by their previous groomer due to their anxiety and aggression. After explaining their behaviours to Denise, she kindly agreed to see if she could help my dogs. Brave lady! Denise welcomed my boys and put them at ease. She quickly and professionally trimmed their nails with me assisting. If you have have a dachshund, you know that they are adorable but are difficult to restrain because of their fragile and long spines. Keeping them still is like wrestling an accordion! Anyhow, the boys and I came away with a very positive and safe grooming experience. Denise turned a potentially stressful experience into fun. The boys and I will definitely be back and feel lucky to have found Denise! She's the best!!!

We moved to Burlington in 2009 and looked for a reputable groomer. Our first visit was amazing. Our fur baby Annie is very comfortable and always looks smashing. We've moved to a different city and still drive to Burlington to have our fur kid groomed. Denise is super friendly and amazing.
Not bad. Did what I needed. My pup is about dont touch me here or there. Whats that? Oh no you don't. Not touching me with tools that make noise. Denise did it. She did it with care and patience. Thank you
