I've gone to Dr. Dejong a few times and each time it's been a great experience. I actually live/work in Toronto and travel all the way to Burlington to be seen by her. Reception is accommodating each time I've needed to reschedule, super welcoming and friendly during check-in, and Dr. Dejong is quick and efficient with everything. I'm someone with a lot of anxiety and nerves around this kind of stuff, so I appreciate her speed and professionalism. She's knowledgeable and brings in a lot of her experience and expertise to every appointment, so I always feel like I'm leaving better prepared than when I came in. I feel lucky to have found a great gynecologist in her practice!

Dr. DeJong is very efficient and always makes sure to ask me if I have any questions and answers them all. Her receptionist is friendly and accommodating. This is my second pregnancy under Dr. DeJong's care and I'm grateful for her expertise and guidance.
My elderly mother waited over 3 weeks after GP made referral to hear from Dr DeJong's office and only recieved a call after GPs office called to inquire about delay. Appt was booked virtually, when in person was necessary to examine, for a wait time of about 8 weeks to talk with the Dr. During vitual visit Dr DeJonge spoke too fast to take notes. Dr refused to see my mom and further stated she was only seeing maternity/deliveries and cancer patients. A month later she is still suffering daily. Mom called Dr office again this week and NO returned call. Terribly disappointed in Dr DeJonge and her office. I can't even abdicate for her as They WON'T answer the phone or allow me inside as I don't have an appointment and obviously I can't even get an appointment.
When I went for my appointment with Dr. Dejong, I was impressed by her caring attitude, especially her receptionist Cheryl's empathy and kindness. She is accommodating and willing to help. Highly recommend.
Daughter's first e- appointment. Receptionist was extremely rude today. DeJong was extremely rude, dismissive and snarky. Bad day? Absolutely inexcusable from an individual who swears an oath to professionalism and compassionate care.
