I had called about my watch being sized last month. Finally got around to it and was met with super friendly service. The nice man behind the counter sized my watch to fit my small wrist for less than initially quoted in less than 5 minutes! He also answered my questions with great knowledge. Left extremely happy in finally being able to wear my watch! Thank-you so much! I will certainly return.

Great service and the owner is extremely friendly! Dropped off a necklace to fix the clasp and have it shortened on a Tuesday and was able to pick it up by Friday! I asked about pendants for the necklace and although he did not have any mens pendants in stock, he was willing to personally order something in for me. Quality of work is unmatched, would definitely go back again for any of my jewellery needs
