Caroline has been very helpful dealing with a very painful series of injuries I’ve been struggling with. Very informative, skillful and supportive. The clinic itself is easy to get to with parking right in front and booking online couldn’t be easier. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I started seeing Laura smith with my last pregnancy in 2016 and have been seeing her monthly ever since! I always feel better after seeing her. It is also very easy to book online with anyone in the practice and the facility is extremely clean. I also see Caroline Kupka an amazing osteo and have received emergency services from Adam Houston who is also amazing! My 3 year old daughter and my partner also visit Caroline and they absolutely love her. So many great people!!! Highly recommended by me!

An MRI revealed herniated disks that caused debilitating back and leg pain. While medication alleviated some of the pain, I sought out treatment from Caroline Kupka, an Osteopath at Burlington Proactive Wellness. This was with the permission of my Family Doctor. Within a few treatments I was able to find relief from the pain and began to function normally again. It was she who discontinued the treatments, advising that she felt that I had progressed to the point of not requiring them. She was so right. My Doctor was also pleased with my progress. Caroline was very accommodating to my needs, personable and very professional in her approach. I would highly recommend Caroline and Burlington Proactive Wellness, and in fact have done so to some friends. Gary
