You are the biggest SCAM ARTIST out there!!! You left my yard flooded, the swim spa was duct taped, still leaking and completely empty by the following morning and that was after 2 weeks of you showing up late, if at all. You filled and emptied my tub right into my backyard about 4 times completely destroying my entire yard. Upon hiring an actual professional also learned you never even used actual hot tub parts. Save your time and money this guy is nothing but a SCAM ARTIST and complete joke!! You say you haven't done work for me but here's the hand written receipt from the 400 cash deposit you required on the originally 1500 quote w a new pump that ended up being a 2200 job and I still have no pump and my tub was left still leaking and completely empty by morning. Now try and tell me that's not your signature and you haven't done work for me!!!! Can't wait to see you in court
NIGHTMARE!!! Blair Ruch is a scammer. Took advantage of seniors! See picture. This is how he left my hottub. Dangerous... for over 3 months.. lies , lies ,lies. Even more lies after he seen this review. He tried to say the part was in the Mail. Never came of course, didn’t expect if with his chronic lying, but the scary thing was this man kept trying to get responses from us. Like he was enjoying it and getting off on it. That is scary. This action alone is very scary people. Please Stay away from him for you own good
Blair attempted to repair my hot tub but one repair quickly turned into numerous ones. He so called fixed one thing to have something else break because of the first repair. He put incorrect parts in my tub causing electrical issues that could have taken my home. He never wants to take ownership and wants to keep charging for every visit he makes. He keeps his own schedule and has no concern for people that have taken days off work to be there for his coming early. Never came early and sometimes even well after dark. He steals your good parts and refuses to return them or, in my case, returns old dilapidated parts that aren't even for your tub. He is a dishonest business owner and I beg everybody not to use him. He even overcharged drastically. He is a SCAMMER through and through....please be careful with this person
Not only did Blair come out last minute on a Saturday to help me out, he went over and above to make sure we were 100% good to go. Great price and great service ! I would 100% recommend if you need help with your hot tub. Blair, thank you so Much !
I haven't been unable to use my hot tub all winter. Blair has not shown up as promised. Work was paid in full ahead of service completed, as he requested. Hot tub is left unsafe to use for months. Still waiting on promised parts, lied and said he was going to send them through the mail for us to complete the job ourselves. That was 3 weeks ago and still no parts.
Our technician Blair was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a party planned for the weekend and our pool needed repair on such short notice. He was more then accommodating and did a professional job, and made time even though he was booked up. I highly recommend Burlington Pool and Spas. We had such a great experience and the work we received was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. We will use Burlington Pool and Spas for any maintenance and upkeep moving forward and I’m pleased to know that we’re in good hands.
Saturday night, winter. Hot tub cracks. All the water bleeds out. If Blair didn’t come out as fast as he did the whole thing would have froze. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He saved my tub! Thank you sir! Hopefully I don’t need your services in the future but if my tub has a problem I will definitely call Blair!!
