Love this place. Has a great variety of health and bulk products. Friendliest staff, and decent prices. Definitely recommend.
Ordered a 25kg bag of Baking Soda and drove over an hour to the store in Burlington to pick up. Was given a 22.68kg bag at store front and when asked why the advertised and paid for online product is different and why we were delivered 2.32kg short, the answer from the manager was it was always that way. Take it or leave it. Well, we took it because we drove over an hour to get there. As soon as we leave the store its website was updated and shown the new description of the product at 22.68kg. No reasonable explanation and not even admission that it was an error. Terrible customer relation. Disappointed.
Great selection of natural health products. I love the staff they are so kind and helpful. I have ordered different products in and they can always get them for me without an issue. I love the different snacks they carry as well. The atmosphere is always great and the owner is really nice. I will always come back to this store I never have any issues.
amazing store! i came across this place by accident and am so happy. The staff are so great and they carry a lot of amazing bulk items and great prices as well as natural beauty products. The best thing of all is that they allow you to bring your own containers to shop bulk which helps supports a zero waste lifestyle! Its my favourite new place to shop and I think it will worth the drive out from North Burlington for me!
