My earlier rating is was for Bayview Equestrian not BayviewTrees. I have no issues experience with Bayview Trees but my experience with Bayview Equestrian is as follows ..... it's all good until you leave ..... we left on good terms on our side but obviously it wasn't on their part ...... to help ignore a 10 year old girl at a show is simply sour grapes ..... truth be told we left Jenny because we didn't want to be beholden to your \last minute whatever suits your time\ schedule & now know your true colours! We left with dignity & no spite unfortunately it wasn't the same on your part! Sad but we still wish you well ...... your actions proved our daughters decision was correct!

This week was my 8 year old daughters first camp at Bayview and we were nothing but impressed. The second we walked through the barn the staff were cheerful , helpful warm and friendly . My daughter had never taken any sort of riding /lessons and is now begging to join Bayview and take regular private lessons . Communication between the owners Phil and Jenny has been amazing . We have always received quick response times and very detailed information regarding the best fit for my daughter as a beginner rider. The structured independence of cleaning the stalls and taking care of the horses are all amazing life skills that teach responsibly and accountability. The staff are always in close proximity if ever questions arise . We feel so blessed to have found Bayview and will confidently refer and encourage this horse farm to others .

The instructors are great, the owners are not. Jasmine the coordinator is a waste of space as she is worst then owners, she does not know how to manage lessons/ make up lessons or how to coordinate lessons. Owners only care about getting paid and not any sort of development of students. Natalie was our instructor - she was amazing.

Nice facility no real people skills ! I guess if I was able to meet staff and not a boarder my experience may have been different . They were super annoyed that I shoulder up without an appointment. I would give a 2.5 rating if I could but it’s not an option . Reason is because the facility is nice but people not so much :( and owner had no time for me witch was a common thing considering I tried to book an appointment on three separate occasions .
