We had an absolute amazing time tonight for my Son’s birthday with Attridge Transportation. It was literally his dream come true. The bus driver was so engaging and kept the kids so happy, cheering and singing along! He really made our experience what it was!

My daily activities range from quotations for new charters, dispatching drivers, processing administrative details for each trip, connecting with payroll to make sure drivers are paid appropriately. I received phenomenal support and training with every step of the way. With 42 years experience and growing Attridge is an outstanding place to work!

Attridge Transportation Inc. is a very slimy and manipulative company. They do NOT treat their employees with the dignity and respect they deserve. The vehicles in which they allowed drivers to operate were in horrible condition and instead of fixing the vehicle they would simply tell them to keep their eye on it and would never fix the problem. They ruined many lives with the sudden closing of their Niagara Region depot and was extremely shady when it came to telling the management and drivers that they did not have jobs come the new school year. They made the manager of the depot feel as if they were nothing, always leaving them out of communication and making them set up and perform tasks that were not up to them and then would criticize how they ran the depot and fleet to unfit standards when it was by far the most friendly and inviting depot in the company. When closing the Niagara depot, the office staff and drivers, were never offered employment at any of their other location, meanwhile they’re always actively seeking drivers and office staff for their other depots. Attridge Transportation Inc. does not like when their employees speak their mind to how the company is run or how they are being treated. Employees are treated like objects rather than people and are never allowed to question the company about any of their policies, regulations or speak their mind to anything that involved the company. Attridge Transportation Inc. is an unfit company run by a family of slimy clowns and I would NEVER recommend working for or enquiring any service from them. I would love to give this company 0 stars but unfortunately this platform does not allow me to do that.

Their drivers are crazy and impatient, they think they have all the rights on the road and start honking by the time when I was unloading the student and I have been hired by school and I am allowed to drop this student in front of the school on 2600 Grand Oak Trl. in Oakville. Please discipline them and teach them to respect others.
