I just had an appointment at Appleby Dental shortly after their re-opening subsequent to Covid-19. I would like to say that I was extremely impressed with their attention to setup and procedures to ensure that their patients are completely safe in their clinic. They have obviously followed the guidelines to a T and perhaps even included additional safeguards. I have gone to Appleby Dental for years and I have always felt comfortable and happy with them. We got a recommendation from someone after our newborn arrived. Dr. Hill was a specialist in treating our newborns condition and our insurance covered it. Dr. Hill and her associates made our experience very comfortable especially when it came to our baby's care. They were very professional and helpful in explaining what they did and how to future care our baby. It made us happy and we highly recommend them to everyone who had the same thing as our daughter! Thanks!

0 stars. Was in for filling cost me more than 700. Asked specifically if I am still covered for dental plan with my insurance as they contacted me a lot to do the rest of the fillings. I asked them to send a new estimate for my insurance to double check because there has been changes in my plan. Did it before I visited. Melanie didn't do her job and DIDN'T send a new estimate to know if I am still covered or no. Money grab. She used last year's record and informed me I am still covered and I am good.. Never go back. There is a lot of clinics that doesn't grab your money like that.
