My vertigo was cured in one visit!!!!! I walked in holding on to any surface to keep my balance and walked out walking in a strait line with no dizziness whatsoever. I’m so grateful for the treatment I received so I could get back to work right away. The visit was thorough and professional. I can’t wait to resolve my back and neck issues next!!!!!! As a 58 year old with chronic back and hip pain, I have found great relief from osteopathy with Alex Porch. Then, last year I broke my wrist. After my cast was removed, my entire arm from shoulder to finger tips had reduced motion and/or large amounts of swelling. Alex has helped improve this greatly and makes insightful suggestions for exercises to do and motions to avoid. He is very friendly and knowlegable and I highly recommend him. He listens carefully to your complaint and individualizes his treatment.

After months of unexplained stiffness in my calves and pain from a lingering running injury, Alex was recommended to me by my trainer. I didn't know what a Osteopath did but my calves and knee are feeling so much better now. I could barely squat when I first went to Alex and now I feel I have full range of motion. Alex is great to work with and a real professional. If you are a older athlete/runner and have pain that won't go away, I highly suggest you try Osteopath and Alex.
After months of treatment elsewhere with no improvements I saw Alex and within one treatment I noticed a big improvement. With his care many of my long-term sports injuries have not bothered me since. Highly recommend.
