Really sad.. these guys used to be really good. 3 years ago they did nice custom work to my RAM 1500. Fast forward to today.. communication is atrocious, customer service is beyond bad, they rarely answer their phone (as crazy as that sounds), they don't reply to emails.. don't waste your time. Save yourself the frustrations. These guys have fallen FAR down the quality ladder!

WOW! So impressed with this place. I got my 2018 F150 Levelled and Wheel Spacers installed and can say that I am incredibly happy from when I first walked in and dealt with Aaron to my calls with Matt & Ryan. The sale to the install went perfectly from my perspective. I would totally recommend that you give them a try and I know I will certainly not hesitate to go back to them. Thought it was pretty good customer service - bought a couple large items for my Jeep and products were great. Sales Rep consistently kept in contact while I waited for product to arrive in stock - picking up at location was super easy. Definitely recommend. Cheaper than other GTA Jeep stores.

Horrible customer service. About 4-5 times now I have taken my business elsewhere because I can never get a hold of them and when I am told I will be receiving a call back, it never comes. The staff doesn’t seem to know what products will fit what vehicle as I’ve been recommended something for a different truck multiple times. My two wheeling buddies have had nothing but a nightmare dealing with these guys. Whether it’s not receiving a product, not getting the right product, or not receiving what they ordered for months. They’ve lost my business that’s for sure.

Great service. All employees were extremely friendly and explain everything therefore you get your moneys worth. My order took a little longer but worth the wait.
