We sent our daughter six months ago for alcoholism treatment. It was a painful period in all of our lives, one we could not have gotten through without passionate staff like Georgina and Chris. When she came home, we noticed an immediate difference. She seemed focused and ready to face life again. We had a moving family session with John, who helped my husband and I understand how we could support all of our kids in a more loving way. Overall, it was the best case scenario for the worst kind of nightmare.

Our son went to Vita Novus in 2010 which is now Addiction Canada and when our nephew was found to be struggling with opiate addiction this year we decided to call and get him the same help our son got. Well Addiction Canada surprised us with bigger and better as well as more facilities and program to accomidate exactly what our nephew needed. Braden is now on the road to recopvery 6 months and has gotten back to living life like a normal 25 year old should. Our son is going on 5 years sober and could not thank Vita Novus and Addiction Canada enough.
We had the worst experience with this treatment centre, we were told there are doctors there 24 hours a day,,, My son did not see one doctor , they took his meds away , his councillor smelled like alcohol, they put two double beds Ina bedroom that was meant for 1. There were different costs for each patient ours was 28,000.00 for three months ,, a lot of money for nothing. My son used within 2 weeks!!! And we received no support after that!!! Should be shut down !!
Thumbs down to this treatment centre . That's all I can say . We are all still in awe .
